      Easy to advance into management track if you apply a little effort to distinguish yourself.

      Cons

      Overly bureaucratic internal processes which are often broken or lead to nowhere. Difficult to get support on basic needs. Leadership focused more on making you run your team as lean as possible to maximize the bottom line.
