Pros

This is my first ever corporate company, Throughout my tenure I have learned a lot about IT sector, how they work culture and etc. There is no work pressure and joyful colleagues. Maybe it different from projects.

Cons

Some period we can feel little bit of work pressure from the manager levels, no event and people engagement is low.

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
