Pros - Lab Technician HCLTech Employee Review

HCL website is poorly made and works half the time, have to earn your vacation hours and it takes half the year to earn 5 days off. Don't get responses when asking questions about your job. All contract handlers are based in India so it is hard to get in contact with someone. Have been trying to get a raise for 2 months and they drag the process hoping that you stop replying. HCL is not something I would highly recommend.
