Pros

Anyone can get hired, no skills, education or basic manners needed. Get a few months of experience and move on to avoid depression.

Cons

Everything else. Company was focused on cutting costs, cannot afford to hire employees who care, does not invest in staff development or equipment, pay was below market rate, most departments were outsourced to a different continent, which makes getting responses in a timely manner impossible.

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
