      Better level of delegation and decentralization at work. Our ideas and thoughts are harnessed to a greater productivity. Talent identification and initiation are superb at work hub. Peaceful work place.

      Cons

      Diagonal movements along one vertical to another vertical is too cumbersome though we have right knowledge in the said area.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
