It's difficult to kick you out of company untill you're really bad. No one can force you to work past your shift hours.
Cons
Pathetic appraisals system. No visibility to hard work if you're working for wrong project No financial growth No allowances for night shifts, they pay regular salary for night shifts as well as day shifts Only boot lickers are admired. Hard work never pays here
