      * Entrepreneurial: All employees have the opportunity to earn a sales commission if they identify a lead that gets converted into a project * Learning & Development is planned and encouraged for employees up to 10 years experience

      Cons

      * Appraisals are an eye-wash and not transparent. The Bell-curve approach that is adopted does not work * Salary for employees with more than 3 years IT experience is below industry standards

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
