Pros
1. You get to choose the work of your liking (to a certain extent). 2. Peaceful environment (except a few areas). 3. Good work place for women.
Cons
1. Lackluster pay. 2. Not at all 'Employee First'. Customer oriented. 3. Frequent staybacks. 4. Not a good company to start a career. 5. Some facilities does not have proper infrastructure. 6. Slow growth and poor hikes. 7. Lacking transparency. 8. Lack of group/ team binding activities. 9. Barring a few projects, most of the work is not that good. 10. Just too many processes.
