Pros
- Good salary if well negotiated at the job interview + Good benefits - No real work under pressure, except from some clients sometimes (but the clients are mostly nice and polite)
Cons
- Very bad atmosphere at the office (kitchen is dirty, employees are stealing cutlery, impoliteness) - Nepotism in management (promotions works if you are rather Portuguese for example), no promotion in some specific markets due few daily tasks but managers keep promising after several years of hiring! - Slowness of the servers, very rigid and illogical procedures - No sense of enterprise culture (they claim there is not even funds to make a Christmas party for ex., no team building or activities out of the office) - The job itself becomes quickly very repetitive and dull
