Pros
Easy Going Culture, Flexible Timings, Most the employees do not mark attendence as off even if they take leave. If some one wants to enjoy life with out doing work then HCL is best bet.
Cons
Quantity Not Quality,Lacks in MNC culture,Un Professional ,IJP Portal is an eye wash, Less chances of technical growth if some is having more than 7 years of experience. They will hear mangement lessons from superiors. Job published internally, demands out of the box technologies they are to scare the ppl so that they can be in the department where they are placed.
