In my project it was littel flxibility but other places i dont think it was there. So i cant really say that it was a prons but yes for me it was.
Cons
So many the permanent roles are not so permanent; they remove you without even blinking There is no professionalism in the project; managers are just trying to take the project at any cost with unrealistic deadlines, and because of that, developers have to suffer; they have to work day and night to get the project delivered. There is no team activities, no focus on team members
