Management sucked, it was hard to move up career wise especially if you weren’t cool with the right ppl. I applied to multiple jobs while working there and never heard from anyone. And I reached to a head manager for my the department I was and she literally left me on read on teams. And my manager was not helpful at all either because he was trying to move to a different department himself.
