Pros
Commission is ok. 2% on all sales over 2k. in store is 2% on all sku's no matter the price... g9 corporate can be nit picky, but they may leave you alone if you do your job and stay out of the way. there's favorites ofcourse 50% discount, and great discount site for much more than 50% off - benefits are probably the best part of the job.
Cons
commission is sometimes late. managers play favorites, depending on your direct manager they may micro manage. there's always changes to adjust to, depending on how you like to work it can be dissapointing.
