Great events, beautiful office, discount

Cons

The Gucci NYC office is the definition of a toxic workplace. Leadership, especially within the Marketing/Comms dept, are bullies and treat mid-level and entry level employees horribly. They expect you to work 24/7 and have no balance. HR is also the most inept and disgusting dept - they take your complaints and do not do anything about them and promote this toxic culture.

One thing - employee discount

Cons

Leadership and communication lacked consistency. Employee well-being often felt secondary to metrics and sales performance. Expectations continued to increase while support and recognition declined. The culture became increasingly stressful, and decisions affecting employees were not always handled transparently. Many talented employees left due to burnout, turnover, and lack of confidence in management.
