You'll meet some awesome people. You'll also learn an extra thing or two from having to do the role of 20 people since the company downsized and spread the work load out on everyone left.
Cons
The company pretends to care about the employees. Unfortunately just like most corporate companies, they only care about the bottom line. There is no such thing as a work life balance.
