The job comes with incredible benefits, people and friendly and welcoming, you learn a lot about proper luxury service as the standards and retail monitoring systems are high and demanding.
Cons
They pay their employees unevenly even if they do the same job, management is a mess, people leave often, teams change almost completely after every 6 months, unrealistic expectations to employees, not an environment for growth unless you're an italian speaker
