Pros

-Great for your first job. -Little to no experience required. -Some coworkers can be nice & helpful.

Cons

-Bare minimum you can legally be paid with. -Poor hours. -Drama-filled environment, Stylists will guilt you into giving them commission from customer purchases then get upset with you; amongst other things. -Management wants you to constantly look busy - if you need to sit from your feet aching you aren't allowed. -Filthy environment, break room was not a standard people should be expected to eat food in nor take bathroom breaks in.
