Pros

Nothing good about working here

Cons

They will use you up and constantly belittle you. They don't back you up when customers are unruly, which is to be expected. The pay is dismal and they rely on customer tips to make up for what they don't pay. Exhausting. Prima Donna's running the place that have no prior management experience
