      Pros

      Competitive salary, great incentives, knowledgable franchisee, and continued training. extensive training on how great clips works, so we're all the same. Guaranteed clientele and tip money. Plus, clip notes to help guide us for customers previous haircuts. I really do love working for great clips.

      Cons

      With every job there may be some cons. For me, it's the limited flexibility. (Especially if your understaffed) working every weekend, working Christmas Eve, being called in if someone calls out.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
