      Pros

      It was easy and fun. The Stylists are great. It was my first job so and it was good step in the right direction.

      Cons

      A lot of down time. I got sent home a lot which I told them was completely fine since I lived so close by. Once it gets busy it gets REAL busy though. A lot of the customers do not understand the online check-in and then get mad at YOU if they don't have access to a computer or phone...

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
