Pros
I liked doing men's hair. Learning different techniques with fading etc. Tips were not the worst. I did get promoted as a manager.
Cons
I had managed several stores for this particular owner. Never felt appreciated. I went above and beyond to promote. And the owner chose to barely advertise. Esp when I sent many, many things of people trying to work with him. General managers are on way too much of a powertrip and need to get over themselves. Had to work by myself alot.
