Pros

Tips are fantastic. It's in a great location.

Cons

Horrible communication between leadership and staff. Owner acts like she is a doctor.if you happen to have to call out she will ask you what are your symptoms. And try to pursue you to come to work. While the ppl that are not late and show up for work get crapped on. The ones that are late all the time get privileges. So glad I left.

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
