      Pros

      If you work at a busy location you will make a decent wage due to tips.

      Cons

      I have worked at the same location for a year and 3 months and the prices have increased three times. Say a haircut is $14 typically a client will round that up to $20 and tip you $6. With each price increase, the owner makes more money but you make less in tips. Taking this into consideration I have now taken three pay cuts since starting there.

      Thank you for everything you do in the salon on a daily basis. Since each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
