      Fast cash, usually pretty busy, full or part time,

      Cons

      13-18 min haircuts says enough you cant do proper haircut and see how it will lay unless you do finishing work which is an extra $25 and up. The clients that go there go because its cheap. The clients are rude. The management is a joke. The owners only care that they are making money. Getting a raise, vacation, or time off is hard. And moving up inthe company is hard too

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.

      Horrible coworkers. Horrible management. Horrible franchise owners.
