      You get paid by the hour regardless of the clients coming in. Plus tips.

      Cons

      The pay could be much much better. I started out at 7.00 with a license. Go figure

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
