      -Its a great place for those coming out of school to sharpen their skill set especially with cutting - you will develop speed and consistency

      Cons

      -The people who go there often have no udea what they are asking for -the online check in is confusing for seniors and will get employees yelled at -the quality of working there is determined by the individual franchisee and how much they care.

      You can email customerservice@greatclips.com with the salon location where you were employed and details. We will provide it to your franchisee. Because each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your comments.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
