      Pros

      Always been development focused. Has provided opportunities for those ready to be brave and challenge themselves.

      Cons

      I am in a function (supply chain) that is being cut whilst being expected to Transform. The talent to truly transform has leached away and I don’t believe it’s possible to do it with 3P consultancies alone. The company is changing and I see investment in other functions. Unfortunately supply chain has become dry and uninspiring.
