The Joint Venture with Novartis is all about cutting costs. The new GSK will be way too lean. I fear the GSK I know and love will be long gone in a few months. The transition will be long and difficult. Many things will fall trought the cracks and GSK will be less customer focused and even more focused on saving a buck. The poor performance of Big Pharma has made life difficult for Consumer Healthcare as we need to help the broader company keep the dividends high.
