Pros
GSK has a great leader CEO, who is genuine and makes right decisions. Less aggressive structure change compared to some pharamceutical companies. Focus on patients. Good idea about drug developments are greatly appreciated and encouraged here.
Cons
Have to adapt to the cost-efficient working evironment, such as relocating to different building and switching to another campus, which however is not so hard to get used to in the long run.
