      Diverse workforce. Interaction with other employees from other countries. Some nice, competent, hardworking people. Office closed between Christmas and New Years.

      Cons

      Career development opportunities are limited. Limited vacation time. Company pays for further education, but difficult to maintain school/work/life balance.
