Flowsere has wonderful people working for it. They pay well

Cons

They have a lot of restrictions. They won't approve things because of policy, without analyzing the possible benefits. Company politics. People are very stuck in doing things a certain way.

Great culture and exciting goals.

Cons

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
