      great people for the most part, good benefits, better than most management, willing to teach for growth and development, high percentage of promoting from within

      Cons

      some of the managers hired from outside were not qualified enough to be in their positions, all work related accidents were blamed on the teammate, which the teammate was held accountable for, communication was not what it should be

      Pros

      FedEx was an amazing place to work. I had only worked there for about 2 months before I ran into some major medical issues that caused me to be out for 3 months straight. FedEx/management was extremely supportive as they were right by my side the entire time. When I came back it was like returning to family.
