      Very supportive from the top down. From Corporate to the ground level. They offer training, resources, competitive wages, great benefits, and lots of opportunity to learn and grow.

      No Cons as all. I've very impressed. with their Quality Driven Management focus.

      Pros

      FedEx was an amazing place to work. I had only worked there for about 2 months before I ran into some major medical issues that caused me to be out for 3 months straight. FedEx/management was extremely supportive as they were right by my side the entire time. When I came back it was like returning to family.

      The location I worked at unfortunately closed
