      Cons

      Customers must adapt to the requirements of FedEx Supply Chain which is eroding the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. Inflexibility is causing heartburn with employees and customers alike.

      Pros

      FedEx was an amazing place to work. I had only worked there for about 2 months before I ran into some major medical issues that caused me to be out for 3 months straight. FedEx/management was extremely supportive as they were right by my side the entire time. When I came back it was like returning to family.
