      Pay is top for the industry

      Cons

      Health insurance has gotten more expensive with less coverage every year. You do not see your family. Go in at 7:30 am and don’t get home until 9 to 10 pm. No work - life balance

      Flexible schedule and options to offer up shift or take additional shifts.

      Cons

      The work can be repetitive and alot of heavy lifting but you can alwasy ask for a team lift.
