      Pros

      Culture and people are a priority. Good work life balance, great colleagues and managers that stimulates people to grow and learn, always aligned to clear business goals that keeps motivation high.

      Cons

      As in every work environment there are things that could be improved. Company is growing fast and process can sometimes be too burocratics.
