Pros

- Industry is booming b/c of chip & PIN conversion coming up October 2015

Cons

- Easily the worst part was going to 14 "verified" appointments and having 12 of them tell me they never heard of us, much less set any appointment. I was angrily run off by several merchants for "ambushing" them!!! Wasted 2 full tanks of gas & 1 week of my life before I stopped the rot & quit. - They would not provide contact info for your pre-set appointments. Probably b/c of above. I ended up trying to Google & find phone #s on my own. - Leads were also all very poor quality. - Over the phone training only for just 2 days. Never met a single person from the company before I was sent into the field. A very strange position to be in, advocating & making promises for a ghost corporation... - Manager was based in a thousand miles away in Texas, and stopped answering phone @ 3p my time b/c it was 5p in Texas even when he knew I was at appointments & could not close w/o his approval. - Appointments are randomly located & timed for same day ONLY, so be prepared to literally criss-cross the entire city all day long. Sometimes they are drive-like-a-possessed-demon to still be late, sometimes a 4+ hr break, with no ability to consolidate or book ahead of time (next day, week, etc.) - Several merchants told me they already had seen 5+ other processing companies before me. They certainly won't choose Express as several appointments were after manager turned phone off & I couldn't give them quotes for anything w/o finance dept.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
