      Pros

      Great Benefits, including personal business days, sick days, automatic 401K match even if no employee contribution, etc., The company is concentrating on niche areas and are cutting down expenses on other varied expenses, which might be good. The sales force is very strong as well

      Cons

      The company is cutting down opex on its varied investments, which might be bad news for some of the companies it acquired. Most of the operation is getting outsourced.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
