Ericsson demostrates corporate culture that is better oriented towards the employees, that is applicable at great extent to Ericsson Canada, where the influence of the North American corporate style is limited. The overall Ericsson company spirit built on human values and this is part of the day to day life in Ericsson Canada. Ericsson posses great human capital - dedicated and talented people, who perform at their best to protect the company interests. High quality products and services, that meet the customer expectations. Corporate responsibility demonstrated on a different levels as Ericsson response (support for humanitarian missions and disaster recoveries), green programs etc.

Cons

Internal and external politics leading to decisions that are affecting the job security of the Ericsson personnel. Continuos organisational changes affecting the operations and the motivation of the Ericsson personnel. Ericsson Canada belongs to Market Unit North America and any changes in the USA Head office are affecting directly the employees residing in Canada, that sometimes has a negative effect over the work force.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
