Business Outlook
Pros
Company takes care about employees. Good salary and bonuses. Big room for innovation and personal contribution. Very friendly team. Occasional travels to different places over the world.
Cons
Unstable company, you have to be ready to be laid off. Management does not exactly know what is going on and where it is going. Too many teams are involved in the same project, in other words you are depending on performance of too many people (you even do not know them, it is a challenge to understand why something is not working any more, who is responsible for that and when it will be fixed)
