- large company therefore lots of room to move around - well known company so looks great on CV - great opportunities to work on cutting edge projects - work/life balane - telecommuting options
Cons
- if you expect to get ahead based on merit, you're living in la la land - Ericsson is a telco company, so there is no understanding of what you do if you work in IT - too many silos - too many management layers - boys club, particularly at management level
