Everyone around me has broad interest and knowledge in the telecom industry. There are plenty of people to ask questions to.
Cons
Everyone around me is from Nortel and they are very resistant to change. They hate doing anything different than what "they have always done" and most of the time, they don't even know WHY they are doing things a certain way.
