Pros

You can find good friends. Good if you want to be a yes man and arrogant. Good if you are able to emerge and hide yourself in the mess and change continuously the cards on the table.

Cons

Poor respect and consideration on person. Low wages. Overtime is considered normal but not paid in most cases (paid only if your level in hierarchy is low (i.e. a new entry) but in this case they will avoid to ask because they have to pay). You have to do overtime otherwise in most cases you'll be not considered and respected. Your experience and years worked are not considered: the new way is to pay only for what you currently do so if you start a new project in which you have to learn then you deserve a starting level salary...at least till now they do not reduce it but you will not have any increase for years and years! Your daily work is controlled in an obsessive way and the environment creates competition between peers: who knows something more than you in the best case will not help you because is so overloaded that he has no time but often happens that will not help you because tries to become indispensable in the internal competition. You'll be assigned tasks that are not realistic to implement in the time available and even if you work on night you'll have few chances to finish in time. Daily tasks continuously change because plans are unstable: you will waste a lot of useless energy for something will be soon not necessary. Very strong headcount reduction in place. Increase of on site low cost consultants coming from Asia. No mentoring and no serious training: is up to you to study outside working hours what you need. Hypocritical ecosystem.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
