Pros
Flexible working time, relaxed atmosphere. A lot of varied projects you can work on, with good team atmosphere. Competence system is excellent and helps develop needed skills both from on the job training and off site training. There is also varying levels of challenging work and if you feel you are not being worked hard enough or being challenged enough, you can always get bumped up to work on something that will ask more of you.
Cons
Some disorganization exists, might not be too easy to get promotions and salary is just adequate. There is little time put aside for social interaction among employees like happy hours and such. Its mostly come to work, do you work and go home.
