      Work life balance; one team working; salary is decent-ish (but annual pay rise cannot compete with inflation);

      Cons

      No career progression; Multiple rounds of redundancy has changed the company culture/atmosphere; The recent management changes have been very aggressive. Due to the reorganization, there have been significant cuts, and the newly appointed managers seem focused on downsizing and layoffs；

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
