Pros
+ Flexible hours / WFH opportunities + Friendly environment + Makes an effort to educate new staff / summer interns about the company and the technology it works with + Gives summer interns chances to get to know each other which results in a great relationship between all summer interns
Cons
(-) There are not a lot of younger people working there full time - It's strange, but the bathrooms were way too often left in gross and unusable conditions by employees, until a cleaner would have to deal with it the next day or so.
