      Pros

      Large company with a lot of resources and well known in the industry. Multicultural environment. Flexibility to be hybrid/remote.

      Cons

      Too many layers of bureaucracy and high turnover in top management causing constant shifts in strategy. Lacking opportunity in certain areas due to change in focus. Difficult to go far in the company without being fluent in Italian and/or Spanish. Not many opportunities to meet colleagues in person.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
