      Innovative company dedicated to developing it's employees. Give it's employees the freedom to tackle new challenges and also offers work life balance.

      Cons

      Permission Access is the most challenging part of my role. It is difficult to get access to the reports or resources required to do the job efficiently and effectively due to strict access control policies.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
