      - good benefits - good diversity - good flexibility - work balance

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership - Matrix organization--> to much of compartmentalization. Everyone works within their silos - Low open communication, collaboration and commitment between management and employees

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
