      Cons

      Worse work life balance - understaff company. They ask you to work 24/7 and also to match your vacation with global enel company (just allow yo take time off August or December)

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
